Studio Policy

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling: All cancellations or rescheduling must be done via email at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will be considered late, and the tuition fee will be non-refundable. No make-up lessons will be provided for late cancellations.

2. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your lesson, as no additional time will be given for late arrivals. If you arrive early, please wait in the hallway until your scheduled lesson time.

3. Piano Students: Please keep your shoes on during lessons, as they are required for proper piano pedal techniques.

4. Music Production Students: Kindly remove your shoes before entering the second-floor music production studio.

5. Shared Equipment: For the health and safety of all, please use hand sanitizer or wash your hands with soap and water before using any shared music equipment.
